The AAPLA DAWAKHANA is to be staffed with a Medical Officer, a Staff Nurse/Pharmacist, Male-MPW and one support staff. Staff Nurses will also be supporting the doctors while examining the patients particularly the female patients to ensure their privacy and dignity.
Any absenteeism of the respective staff during the working days or as and when requested by the government should be well replaced immediately without closing of any facility due to dearth of available human resources.
Any such closures of facility / AAPLA DAWAKHANA will be liable for suitable penalty on the contractor as mandated by the government.
Proper human resource work schedules, recruitment procedures, accreditations as mandated by the government along with day to day work hours should be represented as and when required by the government & should be shared as per the audit requirements.
