Objective
The objective of this policy is to clearly articulate the different types of leave (Casual leave
and Sick leave etc) that can be availed by employees. This policy is in line with modern best
practices and in compliance with the current Local Labor Laws applicable in respective
states.
Eligibility
This policy is applicable to all employees of MedOnGo Health Private Limited who operate
out of HQ & Regional Offices Interns, Trainees and Consultants are also eligible for few
types of leave.
