The leave year will be the regular Calendar Year- January 1 to December 31.
Employees who join MedOnGo Health Private Limited on or before 20th of a month will be entitled to accrue full leave for that month. Employees who join post 20th of a month will accrue leave next month onwards. If employee is on Leave Without Pay for more than 15 days, he/she will not accrue leave for the month.
Weekly offs/holidays falling between any leave will not be counted in leave except in case of Leave without Pay (LWP) which will be considered in number of leave days calculated.
Conversion of one type of leave to another is not possible after the month in which the leave has been taken.
