- Set up a network of Aapla Dawakhana clinics and interconnected clinics that provide comprehensive primary care
services, including preventive care, NCD management, maternity and child health services, and basic holistic care. - Staff these clinics with qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Implement electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate data collection, storage, and sharing among
healthcare providers within the network.
Janasankalp and its partners, AxiPHYL and MedOnGo, have been involved in the development and operation of these clinics
since 2015. With over 250 million consultations to date and around 200,000 consultations per day, the success of this model
speaks for itself. Janasankalp aims to expand these clinics as part of a larger “Smart Health Grid” that incorporates multiple
service delivery channels to improve healthcare access and reduce the burden on other healthcare facilities.
