Information and communication technology is essential to enable efficient service delivery at AAPLA DAWAKHANA.
IT system has following functions i.e.
- Registration/screening of the household/ Individual in the catchment area of a particular facility within community or at facility
- Records of service delivery given to the patients under different health programmes at the facility
- Teleconsultation
- Management of service delivery by registering births, deaths, disease prevalence, etc. under the larger continuum of care approach.
- Support inventory management and supply of medicines, vaccines and consumables per facility
- Support biomedical equipment maintenance of all the equipment by maintaining database of all the equipment used in the facility
- Recruitment & HRM & IS of the facility
- Generate population -based analytical reports for routine monitoring and to assess performance of health care providers
